Use this link to access our online store where you can view and order CFS T-shirts and sweatshirts. All orders are placed on-demand and handled through our bon-fire storefront.

Using this online form, you can submit a re-enrollment application to Cottage Forest School. Optionally, you can also choose to pay the registration fee as a part of this process. Or, you can submit the application now and pay the registration fee later. Just remember that Monday, February 5, 2024, is the deadline for current student preference and for the registration fee discount of 20%. Please don’t miss the deadline.

Once you have been asked to fill out this application, please fill it out as soon as possible. After your application is received, if you have not already visited the school, a visit will be scheduled before proceeding to the next step. If you have already visited the school, then after we receive your application, you will receive an email with instructions for the next steps.

You can order the 2023-2024 Cottage Forest School yearbook by clicking on the button, filling out the form, and using your credit/debit card to pay for your order. Please note that the deadline for ordering this year’s yearbook is Thursday, April 18, 2024 .
